We recommend that you always wear a mouth guard when playing contact sports.

We sell an inexpensive mouth guard that rests in the mouth and covers both the upper and lower teeth in a variety of different colours. Please speak to our receptionist if you are interested.

We can also make individual mouth guards. By blocking out the teeth before making the mouth guard it will allow it to continue to fit even though the teeth continue to move during treatment.  If you are interested in a custom-made mouth guard please ask your orthodontist.
