Please be reassured the practice is currently open and will remain open throughout any further lockdowns, unless instructed as otherwise by the UK Government. Dental services are considered essential and will not be affected, we will not need to reschedule your planned appointments unless otherwise advised by the government to limit treatment.
We already have detailed procedures in place to ensure your safety and many of you have already seen the changes we have made following the first lockdown.
- Do not attend the practice if you are in a quarantine or self isolation period or if yourself or a member of your household have tested positive or are displaying symptoms of COVID-19
- You will be asked to use hand sanitiser on entry
- Only come to the practice if you have an appointment, arriving no more than 5 minutes earlier than your appointment time
- Please wear a mask to your appointment and follow the social distancing markings we have in place. As of 19th
July 2021, all patients are still required to wear face masks in medical environments (unless exempt) including orthodontic practices, despite the requirement for wearing masks having been lifted in other environments such as retail.
If you are worried about attending your appointment or if you are in the shielding/vulnerable category and would like to ask us some questions before attending your appointment, please get in contact with us. We look forward to seeing you soon. Stay safe
