Adult Fees (Private)

Treatment costs depend on the type of brace and extent of treatment.

The cost for treatment includes all the appliances and a set of retainers with occlusal monitoring for one year after active treatment has finished. The only additional cost may apply if a fixed appliance is broken multiple times or a replacement appliance is required due to loss or negligent damage.

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

There are 0% interest payment plans available. If you would like to pay in full at the start of treatment, we offer a 5% discount.

Children (Private)

If you do not meet the criteria for NHS treatment, you do not wish to wait, or would like a specific treatment, we can help you today. Usually, you can start your journey to straighter teeth straight away, which can reduce your treatment length considerably.

There are no treatment waiting lists, extended appointment hours, and manageable payment plans with interest-free options.

Private children prices apply to patients under the age of 18. Treatment costs depend on the type of brace chosen.

Slightly reduced payment options are available if treatment takes place between 9am and 4pm on weekdays. Treatment costs for this option start from £1,900 with monthly payments from £125.

NHS Fees

For under 18 year olds only

Orthodontic examinations are offered free of charge to all patients under the age of 18 years referred by their general dentist. NHS treatment is based on the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN). If you qualify for treatment under the NHS, you will be exempt from paying any charges. NHS appointment times are between 9.30am and 3pm.

If you do not qualify for NHS funding we can only offer you treatment on a private basis.

Missed Appointments

It is so important to attend all your scheduled appointments. Please give us notice if you need to change an appointment time or date. If multiple appointments are missed, you could be seen as not looking after your appliances correctly, your treatment progress will suffer and you could be asked to seek treatment elsewhere.

Replacement Appliances

Failure to look after NHS appliances, either by loss or gross damage, is charged at £95.73 per part or appliance.

Private fees: 0% interest free monthly repayments

We offer a range of finance options to help spread the cost of your treatment with us.

The two payment options we offer are:

• The full fee for the orthodontic treatment can be paid up front minus the administration fee of 5% charged for standing order payments.
• Alternatively a deposit is payable at the start of treatment with the remainder paid by monthly standing orders over the treatment time.
